- 4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
MAKE:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, ensuring the paper extends up the sides for easy removal.
Place the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium bowl.
Microwave for one minute, then stir thoroughly. If the chocolate chips aren't fully melted, microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
Stir in the vanilla extract and quickly pour the mixture into the lined baking dish.
CHILL:
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or until the fudge is completely set and firm.
