  • ½ cup red onion , diced
  • 1 medium red pepper , diced

  • 1 jalapeno , deseeded and diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup pickle brine
  • 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 limes zest
