Ingredients

  • 4 medium dill pickles diced
  • ½ cup red onion diced
  • 1 medium red pepper diced
  • 1 English cucumber diced
  • 2 Roma tomatoes diced
  • 1 jalapeno deseeded and diced
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ cup pickle brine
  • 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 limes zest
  • 2 limes juiced
  • 1 Tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours or overnight.
  • Once chilled serve and enjoy with chips or on top of hot dogs!
