Ingredients

  • 4 large Roma tomatoes diced
  • ¼ cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add all ingredients in a bowl and toss until combined.
  • Season with salt to taste.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.

SERVE AND STORE:

  • Taste the salsa and season it with salt again to taste.
  • Serve with tortilla chips or on top of your favorite dish.
