- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 cups whole milk
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1-1 ½ teaspoons peppermint extract
GARNISHES:
- Whipped cream
- Crushed peppermint candies
Add the whipping cream, condensed milk, whole milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract to a heavy-bottomed large pot.
Cook on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes or until a light boil forms, whisking occasionally.
Remove from the stove and add 1 to 1 ½ teaspoons of peppermint extract; whisk until combined.
Serve immediately, or keep on the stovetop on warm and enjoy!
