Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 6 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-1 ½ teaspoons peppermint extract

GARNISHES:

  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed peppermint candies

Instructions

  • Add the whipping cream, condensed milk, whole milk, chocolate chips, and vanilla extract to a heavy-bottomed large pot.
  • Cook on medium-high heat for about 10 minutes or until a light boil forms, whisking occasionally.
  • Remove from the stove and add 1 to 1 ½ teaspoons of peppermint extract; whisk until combined.
  • Serve immediately, or keep on the stovetop on warm and enjoy!
