- 3-4 pound Costco turkey breast
- ¾ cup chicken stock
- 1 ½ teaspoon ground sage
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 5 Tablespoons salted butter but into 5 pieces
In a large crockpot, add the turkey breast and the chicken stock.
Sprinkle the sage, salt, and pepper on top of the turkey breast.
Place the butter pieces on top of the turkey breast.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Transfer the turkey breast to a cutting board and slice and serve.
