Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound Costco turkey breast
  • ¾ cup chicken stock
  • 1 ½ teaspoon ground sage
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 Tablespoons salted butter but into 5 pieces

Instructions

  • In a large crockpot, add the turkey breast and the chicken stock.
  • Sprinkle the sage, salt, and pepper on top of the turkey breast.
  • Place the butter pieces on top of the turkey breast.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Transfer the turkey breast to a cutting board and slice and serve.
