Preheat the oven to 425°F. Spread the tater tots in an even layer on a large baking sheet. Bake for 24 to 26 minutes until golden and crisp.

While the tots bake, cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat.

Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until heated through. Remove from heat.

In a small skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and diced peppers. Cook until slightly softened and lightly browned.

Remove the tater tots from the oven. Spoon the seasoned beef evenly over the top.
Pour the nacho cheese sauce over the beef. Sprinkle the corn and cooked peppers over the top.

Return the pan to the oven and bake for 5 to 10 minutes until everything is heated through and the cheese is warm.
Remove from the oven and add the toppings.
