- 8 oz package cream cheese softened
- 8 oz container Cool Whip
- 14 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
- 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained
- 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows
- ½ cup toasted sweetened coconut flakes
- ½ cup chopped pecans
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with a handheld mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
Add the Cool Whip and mix until combined.
Fold in cranberry sauce, pineapple, and coconut.
Fold in marshmallows and pecans.
Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
