Ingredients

  • 8 oz package cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz container Cool Whip
  • 14 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple drained
  • 2 ½ cups mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup toasted sweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese with a handheld mixer until smooth, about 1 minute.
  • Add the Cool Whip and mix until combined.
  • Fold in cranberry sauce, pineapple, and coconut.
  • Fold in marshmallows and pecans.
  • Cover and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or overnight.
  • Serve.
